Bryan Hollon

Bio: I teach theology at Malone University in Canton, Ohio and serve as the founding Director of the Center for Christian Faith & Culture. My theological interests are somewhat broad, though I tend to focus on the continuing relevance of patristic and medieval exegesis. I am especially interested, lately, in what it means to say that scripture is "sacramental" because of what it does and because of what it is as it mediates the grace and presence of God to his people. Beyond this research focus, I am always interested in the the ways that Christians and Christian churches, in particular, engage contemporary culture and struggle to remain faithful to the gospel in different contexts.
